  "Our old washer broke yesterday morning. It came with our house and was old and not salvageable. I started calling around to a few different local places re a new one. One place was charging a 37% markup over identical models available elsewhere. One place didn't know if or when they could deliver to me and said they would call me right back and never did. Hurley's, who I should have called first, answered the phone right away, connected me with David. David and I spoke briefly about options, models and pricing. The website is very good so I was able to see the details while on the phone with David. The options were great, the pricing was fair. The deal was done, the credit card was taken and David connected with the delivery team while on the phone with me. Their delivery and install guys were here within 3.5 hours. They were efficient and courteous and had everything set up and ready to keep our toddler's laundry running in short order. "

  " WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. We purchased a Whirlpool over the range slim microwave oven (YWML55011HS) in October '23 from Hurley's. After about 5 weeks, an internal mechanical noise developed. The service tech there, Darren, who has 40 years experience, made a service call to us and evaluated the noise, ordered a fan motor and replaced it during his second visit. He did an nice, efficient job and ensured everything was reinstalled and sealed correctly. In and out within 1 hour. The noise is now completely gone and still running fine. This store does it right. Customers first and go the extra mile. We continue to purchase from Hurley's Mattress and Appliance."
